How Our Membership Works in Pembroke Pines FL

• Your monthly membership fee will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card on the 1st of each month for the term of the contract.
• There will be a one-time startup fee of $49.
• Membership benefits may not be shared or transferred to any other person.
• Membership benefits do not roll-over.
• If the membership monthly payment is made, you will be considered an active member.
• If your monthly payment fails, your account will have an outstanding balance, and benefits will be suspended until the balance is paid.
• Initial term of membership is six (6) months. Membership auto-renews on a six-month basis after the initial term. Either party can cancel at any time after initial term by giving a 30-day written notice to the other party.
  • Membership dues are NON-REFUNDABLE once the transaction has been completed. Member is responsible for following and adhering to cancellation policy as stated above and in the terms of the membership contract.
