Appointment Policies In Pembroke Pines FL

Because our Pembroke Pines FL practitioners’ books fill up quickly, we encourage clients to book their appointments a few weeks in advance. Back to LuxSpa & Wellness to provide 5-star service and want our clients to have the date and time they desire. When booking an appointment, we may ask for a credit card number to secure your appointment.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out intake forms and consent. These intake forms will also be Text or e-mailed to you prior to your appointment. You have access to this paperwork on the online portal located on our appointment portal Vagaro.


Consultations

At LuxSpa & Wellness, every client is offered a complimentary consultation with one of our expert practitioners. During the consultation, one of our practitioners will assess you to determine the best treatment plan. A service that works for one client, may not be the best option for another client. We have many services to provide and want our clients to be satisfied with their results.

All of our consultations are complimentary. We do take a deposit of $25; the deposit taken is not a fee but is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance at the end of your visit. If a client is not being treated or cancels with a 48-hour notice, the deposit will be refunded to your account.


Cancellation Policy

Clients MUST provide 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment for less than 1 ½ hours. A 48-hour notice is required for appointments longer than 1 ½ hours.

$25 deposits are taken for appointments. If the appointment is not rescheduled or missed within the 48-hour timeframe, the deposit is used to cover the no-show fee. If the service has been paid in full, no additional deposit will be taken but $25 will be used from that pre-payment amount in the event of a no-show.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.


Payment Methods

Payment options we accept at LuxSpa & Wellness are Cash, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or one of our financing options AfterPay, Cherry, or CareCredit.
Paper Checks will not be accepted.


Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on any purchase services or rendered services. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services. Funds can be reallocated to a store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of the different services offered at the Spa.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final.

There are no refunds on Gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
